JANELLE JOHNS 4 Liberty County
BRINGING POSITIVE CHANGE TO DISTRICT 3
VISION &
PRIORITIES
Liberty County is growing, and District 3 deserves leadership that puts residents first.
My vision is simple: Responsible growth. Safe neighborhoods. Smart spending.
Growth should improve our quality of life, not strain our roads, flood our neighborhoods, or leave families feeling unheard. Public safety should be proactive, not reactive. Every taxpayer dollar should be spent with purpose, transparency, and accountability.
District 3 does not need politics.
It needs practical leadership that listens, plans ahead, and delivers results.
01
STRATEGIC GROWTH IN DISTRICT 3
Strategic growth means responsible development that improves our community, protects our roads and drainage, and respects the people who already live here.
02
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY &
SMART SPENDING
Respecting taxpayers by spending wisely, maintaining what we have, and making sure every dollar improves life in District 3.
03
Strengthening Public Safety Countywide
Public safety comes first. When we protect our neighborhoods, hold people accountable, and help families break the cycle of addiction, Liberty County can thrive.

MEET JANELLE

Janelle Nicole Johns was born on October 17, 1977, at Fort Polk, Louisiana, into a proud military family. As a military brat, she learned early the values of discipline, service, adaptability, and love of country. Those lessons shaped her character and continue to guide her leadership today.
Janelle eventually planted deep roots in Liberty County, where she attended Liberty County High School and built lifelong friendships and community ties. Liberty County is not just where she lives. It is home.
She is a devoted wife of 13 years to Robert Johns, a proud mother of six children ranging in age from 19 to 32, and a loving grandmother of eight, with one more blessing on the way. Family is the foundation of her life and the driving force behind her commitment to serve others.
For more than 23 years, Janelle has faithfully served at Liberty Prayer Chapel under the leadership of Pastor Katrina Deason, where she currently serves as Minister of Music. Her heart for ministry reflects a lifelong dedication to faith, service, and strengthening families throughout the community.
Professionally, Janelle brings leadership experience and strong communication skills to every role she serves. She is the Marketing Director and Social Media Coordinator for Gospel radio stations 94.9 FM and 106.3 The Sparrow, where she helps share positive, faith-based programming across the region. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Diversity Health Center in Hinesville, advocating for accessible and equitable healthcare for Liberty County residents.
While she is proud of her professional accomplishments, Janelle believes her greatest calling is to serve. Guided by the scripture, “The greatest among you shall be your servant” (Matthew 23:11), she leads with humility, integrity, and compassion.
Now, Janelle Nicole Johns is stepping forward to serve in a new capacity as a candidate for Liberty County Commissioner, District 3. With deep local roots, a heart for service, and a commitment to faith and family, she is ready to listen, protect neighborhoods, support responsible growth, and ensure Liberty County remains a safe and thriving place for generations to come.
